I very much appreciated the way you handled my situation.....I made a BIG boo-boo but you didn't make fun of me/it and were very kind in the way you explained what the heater problem was.

The staff was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They quickly got me to work and called me promptly with a diagnosis. I appreciate that they only suggested what the car needed. A couple optional things since it was older. They are honest and trustworthy. This is HUGE for me.

Appreciate an honest annalysis and honest work. Have had experiences (Not at Service Street) where you wonder if they even did the work. I will be back.
