They charged my wife $124 for an oil change for a Toyota RAV4.

I can’t say enough about the amazing people who work here. I can’t afford “exploratory surgery” on my car... They did a full diagnostic and fixed the problem on a Saturday morning within an hour. Thank you guys!!!!

My husband brought his car in for a Oil Change.. He came out with a list of things that needed to be fixed for $1,800 Took it to get a second opinion from someone I trust and get my car done taken care of by... $325 Last time I used service street I went in for a nail in my tire. They gave me a quote for ALL new tires and I had just gotten new tires two months ago.. 😂 Needless to say they are a corporation... They don’t care about you or what’s right. They want your money and that’s that. When we handed off the quote they had given us some of the things were laughed at by the other mechanics... Find a place who doesn’t need to “sell” you un needed things to stay busy and make money.

As a follow up, I spoke with the Service Street manager about my previous complaint. Their video of the work showed that they did the work on my car properly. I am appreciative of Sam's follow up with me. He was respectful and professional. Thank you, Sam!!

I’ve had this place do a simple tune up (replace spark plugs, wires, air filter, etc.) and the price was fine. It took longer than expected, but price was reasonable. I took my car back because I’ve had a small coolant leak. They called to inform me that my thermostat housing was leaking, and requested a replacement. $550 to do that. I told them no, paid $109 for the diagnostic fee. I bought a thermostat housing from AutoZone ($70), it comes with a thermostat and all necessary parts. It took me 45 minutes to replace it myself. I am not the most mechanically gifted person by any means either. Service Street said that they charge somewhere around $90 to $120 per hour for labor, can’t recall exactly. But where they came up with $550 to replace a $70 part and 45 minutes of labor is beyond me. Grease Monkey told me they would replace it AND do a coolant flush for $250.
