Just had my car in for oil change. They were prompt and courteous.

Sam and all the crew at Service Street have been phenomenal. I had several repairs that needed to be done and they kept me in the loop, got the work done and have been fantastic throughout the process. I recently had to bring my car in for some check engine lights and they were kind enough to take a look while I waited. I couldn't ask for a more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable group. Wouldn't take my car any where else. Thanks again for all you guys have done!

We have taken two vehicles in for inspections and repairs. Both times we were treated very professionally and the repairs done were excellent. I highly recommend Service Street to anyone in need of help with their vehicles.

Conflicting issues with oil viscosity. Originally said they were going to put 5w30, the sticker they put in my car said, 5w20 and when I asked about it, they said they put 5w40. 5w40 wouldn’t be a big deal, but if it actually is 5w20...that just concerns me. On top of that, my car was leaking a lot of oil out of the filter and the plug. Thanks for the nice stain on my driveway! While I was in the waiting room I over heard of another customer that experienced the same issue with oil leaking. They told me that they didn’t clean it up well enough and that’s why my car was dripping oil, but I have pictures that prove otherwise. Like oil literally dripping off of the plug and all around it. Now I’m getting a Lyft ride home, because they stripped the oil pan.

I came into this shop since I received a coupon in the mail for an affordable oil change. Great customer service and great car service (and the coupon was honored) My car is running beautifully. They tell you what’s been found to be a potential fix and give you solid advice; no pressure. I will definitely be back, much better than the other options in the area.
