Rick at the front desk was professional, courteous, honest, and friendly both via phone and in person. He did a phenomenal job communicating during the process of getting my Jeep fixed. He was honest and communicated in a way that a person who knows very little about cars could understand. I was hesitant to bring my car in because I thought it was going to be a much more serious aka expensive issue but when he told me the price I about fell out of my chair. Thank you to Rick and the men who worked on my car and got her all fixed up!

The people were friendly. The issue that results in a 3 star is that I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an alignment. After 7 hours of my car being there I finally get the call that my car is ready. I go and pick it up and they tell me they were only able to do the oil change because their machine isn't calibrated to do an alignment in my car. I'm not sure what about an oil change takes 7 hours exactly and why they would tell me they could do an alignment on my car when they couldn't. But It was a large waste of time when I could have taken my car elsewhere to someone who could have done the job I asked for.

I e as ok in with a $24.95 coupon and they come out half way through telling me I’m synthetic oil and it will be over twice as much. I say forget it but wait!!! They’ve already drained my oil so I’m stuck, then I tell the guy checking he out that I’m frustrated and he says “his are we supposed to know?” Isn’t it your job???? Not impressed
