EXCELLENT HELPED ME OUT WITH MY BLUNDER WITH MY CAR

We came in for a simple oil change and discovered much distrust was created here today, when as a result of the 23-point inspection system, I was told that the brake pads needed to be replaced because they were down to 25%. 1. Even 25% would not be unsafe. 2. When I asked the cost of remedy, I was quoted the price of $900 to replace pads and rotors. With 25% remaining on the pads, the rotors would not be damaged or need replacing. 3. The brake pads had been replaced only 2,000 miles earlier. You claim that your technicians are highly trained. Yes they are as dishonest servicemen.

Great shop with a staff that is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Thank you street service for always getting me in quickly and helping me out. I have been going here since I moved to this area in February of this year.

I initially had complained of some issues regarding my oil change but ended up receiving a call from the GM the following day asking if they could offer me a free oil change as an opportunity to demonstrate Service Street commitment to customer service. Since I just had an oil change we used the complimentary on my wife's car. The manager and staff were extremely gracious despite the fact that her car requires synthetic motor oil whereas mine had just been standard (about 2x as expensive). The service was prompt, friendly and the complimentary servicing was much appreciated!

Absolutely love taking my car here, they always do an amazing job. Couldnt ask for better service. Edit: Still have nothing but appreciation for these guys! Yet again they found the problem with ease and didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need. Thank you! You guys are amazing!
