My experience was not so great. The staff was somewhat arrogant and very aggressive in asking me to get the oil change done. The car was leaking slight oil and they told me that I should first get the distributor O-Ring fixed before they can proceed further. They charged me for the diagnostics anyway. Since I had recently got the O-Ring changed (from somewhere else), I knew that was not the problem. I came back after a few days, so that Diagnostics can be started and their first reaction was: "When did you pay for it?". After checking their records, they agreed to do the Diag, but nothing conclusive was provided to me in form of a written report on what was done and what was found.
