Wow, Hwy robbery at its finest! Took my car in for an alignment and oil change to find out that my tire rods were seized and needed to be replaced which I agreed too for a charge of $787. Three hours later I get a call stating more work had to be done to get the parts replaced for another five hundred dollars. I said I’ll wait and get a second opinion. Two minutes later I get a call back stating they could do it for the original price and found a tool that could get them off. I said I’ll just go with the oil change and that’s it. Isaiah was my service rep and should be fired in my opinion on top of feeling like I was getting robbed . He was rude and very unprofessional on the phone and very dismissive in person . Stay far clear of this place and it’s workers.

I went to this shop because I got a coupon in my mailbox and it was close to my house. When I got there, the desk clerk was very friendly. They were pretty busy, but I still felt like my car was finished in a timely manner. I will be back in the future.
