Awesome, Honest and quick turn around.

This shop has been getting worse every time we go in! Rude service, they left my truck unattended with the windows all the way down, and then was told “that’s just what we do—you are the ONLY one that’s complained.” Called customer service and then the Regional Manager called me back. Only to for him to just end up saying “I completely understand why you got the service you did because you are have been completely unreasonable in the 20 minutes I’ve had to talk to you.” What?!? 1) I only was on the phone for 9 minutes AND 2) Since when is this acceptable?!?

Fast and friendly, they were able to help me with my breaks in a matter of a few hours. The location is great too, within walking distance of coffee shops, books store, movie theater and a bunch of restaurants.
