Dropped my car off on Saturday morning. I was going out of town and told the shop they can hold it over to Monday, if necessary. I call them late Monday to check on the status of the car. They said the tech I was working with called out and nobody knew what had been done to the car. I was promised a call back. I had to call them back an hour later and received excuses for being short staffed and the tech calling out. I asked what I should expect today and was told a call by 8:00am. I received no call and had to call them again.I was told by James he would have to figure out what had been done yesterday while he was out. He said he’d call in 15 minutes. I received a call an hour later and was given the impression nothing had been done to that point. All this for a diagnostic test, oil change and tire balance. For my patience, they changed a break light at no cost. 😐
