On the plus side- facility was clean and people were friendly, open more hours than most shops. On the downside - expensive and slow, weak communication. Brought in my car with a dead battery Friday evening, was told I'd get a call first thing Saturday morning. I had to call them back late afternoon to find out they'd confirmed it was the battery. Replacement battery was overpriced so I declined, they pushed the sale based on the warranty. I asked for an oil change, was told it'd be a few hours, then closed for Sunday and a holiday. They tried to charge a diagnostic fee for testing the battery, which is usually free - BUT were kind enough in person to remove it for me. Ended up changing my own battery in the parking lot.
