Took my car in for an alignment. Was told my control arm is bent and it would cost $2,500 to repair. Took the car to get a second opinion at Les Schwab and they aligned the car just fine. No bent control arm. These guys are liars and thieves. Stay away!

Highly appreciated the level of customer service provided today by Rick. He should get a gold medal and 10 cent raise. Just wanted to give a shout out to this place, as well, since I have come here more than a few times now and have been taking care of extremely well actually, every time. I know we all get burnt out in our jobs sometimes. However, I hope this Service Street Auto Repair, here in the Thornton area, doesn’t forget that they are awesome people, as they continue growing as a reputable go to car repair shop. If I didn’t have such a good relationship with the service manager at the dealership I go to, I would be rushing over here to have this place take care of all my car care needs for much more reasonable pricing than you would usually receive from a major car dealership service center. Even when there isn’t much of a difference in pricing, I think it’s valuable finding a location like this to take care of your vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Tried charging me $5700 for a $1200 job. The manager acted like a crook and wouldn’t be honest about the pricing, they mark up their parts significantly so please do some research before you agree to do anything, I saved over 4K by doing so.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted at the door and immediately noticed how clean the facility was. They took my car in within 10 minutes to do the oil change as I waited in the waiting room. A gentleman came and got me and told me I needed to see something on my vehicle. I already knew it was this “busted CV axle” another repair shop told me about. They didn’t just tell me, they showed me. I go out to my vehicle and they already have the wheels off and oil draining.... it had only been 10 minutes!!! I didn’t get the axle repair at the other shop because they had just told me it was broken and when I asked to see they said “ sorry we can’t it’s already off the lift.” Needless to say I had trust issues! So they showed me the axle and all the grease everywhere!! It had been leaking for a good while. I approved the repair and was offered a ride home! I gladly accepted and relaxed at home. I got several calls keeping me updated on the progress. I was told a my brakes were at 30% life left and I’d need them next visit. I got picked up and believe it or not, these guys showed me my old axle removed!!! Needless to say I had an amazing visit. I already plan on getting the brakes done early to prevent issues! Thank you guys for your service and honesty!!
