Great customer service, friendly and honest.

Not too happy. Very condescending and slightly arrogant behavior. At least that’s my experience. Follow Up: Regional manager called me and we talked about the current events. He apologized and stated he would be speaking to the staff involved. He also assured me he would be taking something off the price. Today, I had my husband call and the mechanic knew nothing about what the regional manager discussed with me. I just want to be done with this whole situation.

Got my truck in right away to change the oil and the air filter. Had it complete in just over an hour! Very nice guys!

This is truly the best car service to go to. Honest auto place and cares for their customer.. I’m a woman and as we have experienced we get jacked around and charged fees for unnecessary or fade work done. I had a situation that they couldn’t fix they were honest about the issue and they didn’t charge me. Thank you for being one in a million honest mechanics

Great service. Was able to see me the same day I called. Issue turned out to be a hose that was not attached (likely done from the dealer forgetting to reattach) and was not charged anything. Thank you.
