I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The guys are awesome they always get me in and get me out super quick.

Horrible. They charged me twice to do the same job after their mechanic broke apart. I was supposed to be a warranty replacement from Napa. And they refused to work with Napa and they charge me directly. They installed the wrong part. And then cut part of it off with a side grinder voiding the warranty on the new part. Management refused to take care of it management refused to help me get my money back from Napa. This is probably one of the worst companies that you can do business with. I highly recommend that you not go there and that you not even attempt to give them your money. These people will rip you off not wants but twice. I am disabled and I have very limited budget absolutely ripped me off

Brought my dead car in a half hour before closing, they checked it out right then for free, discovered it was the battery, communicated price to me up front, did the work right then and got me out the door immediately, all while be super communicative and friendly! I will definitely be bringing it back next time I need service!

Service was EXCELLENT.! In for oil change and general check . In and out 45 minutes... Sam at the front desk was very personable and I know I will use Service Street again..

TJ and staff have been servicing our 2005 truck for 3 years. They are professional while being personal. They've gone out of their way to speedily get to us if the truck is immobile. If a new issue arises, as late models tend to have, they quickly get the job done thoroughly and at a fair, reasonable cost. They are committed to your safety on the road! This is the first time I have needed service to my car since the purchase. I am single and on a tight budget. Tom has taken care of not only the car with a way more than fair price but made sure I understood what my options were. Tom got me a ride home and picked up when the service was completed. I have used different repair establishments over the years but Tom went way above what was needed . I will never go anywhere else!!
