Let me preface by saying I did not get work done here. I couldn’t let myself. I had called ahead 2 days prior to visiting, and I told the man on the phone what services I was looking to get done and he took all my information and set the appointment. He was very professional and kind and I felt super at ease bringing my car here. When I arrived, it was a different story. First of all, when I walk in, the man at the front desk was having a conversation with a mechanic and I wasn’t welcomed or told they’d be with me in a minute, everyone that was in the lobby at the time pretty much ignored me. Even when they were done talking I was standing there feeling awkward, still not greeted/welcomed. I told him who I was and that I had called the other day about getting work done. He had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. He grilled me on why I needed the services I was requesting, he was treating me like I was an inconvenience just for being there, and quite frankly spoke to me like I was stupid. I didn’t feel like these people cared about me or my car. When he asked for my keys I just left.
