Staff was professional and not at all “salesy” like I feel every dealership service is. They outlined their recommendations, and helped me understand which item(s) were more urgent. Also, their oil change packages are better priced than any coupon you’ll find out there. I’ve been here for prior vehicles and will continue to return for my current and future vehicles.

I had to get my car fixed quickly, and these guys did a great job and got it on time.

Shuttle services are available. ... I have been here several times since I first reviewed. We really like the new manager..she is great. There was a problem with the steering pump they replaced last year.... It is covered by their warranty..easy to deal with.

They were great. They don't charge anything to do a diagnostic on your car and that is what I appreciated most. They all seem very knowledgeable and were also very friendly and down to earth.

Not good at all they try and take advantage of women and seniors

When the flyer for Service Street first came around for a desk on oil changes, they looked like a cheap alternative to me doing my own oil changes. We went in and things looked fine. We also had them look at some issues with the suspension. They came back with a decent price. I took the car in for the suspension work and it came back with nonfunctional window controls. How do window panels tie into the suspension? Your guess is as good as mine. At any rate, they disclaimed responsibility and since I hadn’t thought to get in writing that the window controls worked before they started, I paid $250 for the additional repair. They completely lost my trust for body work but I still had prepaid for oil changes. We’ve used them for oil changes since then but when they come back with additional services, I politely decline even if they warn me that there’s a bomb in the car. My wife took her car in for an oil change today and it came back reeking of cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke and the car didn’t smell like smoke before we took it in so I can only deduce that the tech took his cigarette break in the car. Either that or the tech had just finished his smoke break and serviced the car. But how long does the tech need to spend in the car for an oil change? Maybe smoke just transfers quickly and I would know that if I were a smoker. At any rate, Service Street has seen the last of my money. We may have one more oil change there, but I don’t want to have to have the car detailed after they get done with it. Adios, Service Street.

Booked an appointment for opening at 7 AM. We had snow in the morning. Their team was at the shop and ready to go. Quick oil change and a flat repair. A couple of recommendations for maintenance (Mechanic actually said that for the age and miles on the vehicle, may not be worth the investment. Simply top off the fluids when you come in for oil changes and we will watch to see if anything needs to be done.). No hard-sell on anything. A pleasure to work with.
