Outstanding customer service! Other businesses could take a lesson from them. I called late in the day and they got me in for brake repair and completed the job exactly as requested. I’ll definitely be back for any needed repairs. Thank you again for your help!

The guys seemed really thorough in their service. My only complaint is I wish rather than being there an hour and a half that they had been honest about the total amount of time it would take to fix the things they discovered when I brought my car in.

I made an appointment for a mechanic to check my air conditioning system which was not operating. Upon arriving I was told it would take 20 to 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting, my car had not even been looked at. I asked for my keys and left very disappointed. I won’t be back.

The Service Street team did an amazing job with my vehicle and got it back to running perfect! They quoted me a price before hand, got me in on my time, and finished the job in a timely manner! I am very particular with the parts I use as I do some of my own work and most service places will only use their parts even though I insist on OEM parts (part warranties). Service street didn’t hesitate to replace my wheel hub and bearings using my parts and my Honda Accord is purring like a kitten again, much appreciation to the Service Street Team!
