Great and quick service. Friendly staff.

I took my girlfriend's car into the Service Street for a oil sensor on a jeep compass. I bought the part all ready plan to put it in myself. But didnt have the time to do it. Might want to look at getting some help for you one person at your front desk. He suck at customer services. I had them put it in. After a few weeks go by its leaking oil by the sensor. So i took it back in. The guy that sit at the front desk was rude about the whole thing just because I didnt buy the part from him. Told me the the part was defended. The part got a warranty on it. So I was done dealing with him. Call Customer services and let a massage. A few day later I called back again. Talked to someone in charge and they had someone call me from customers service the next day. Never got my problem resolved! I had to take to another shop. And come to find out they cracked the tip of the oil sensor. Not a part defect. Like your guy at the front desk said.

Fast & friendly... they even paid for a lyft ride for me to get home. Might be a tad higher on the price side but the job was done right and much faster than I could have done it.

All the folks here are friendly and helpful. You have to find a shop you feel confident about when you are entrusting your life and the ones you love in your vehicles. My family will have all our work done here and I recommend it to all my friends as well. Keep up the excellent services you provide! You are appreciated!

I would not even consider giving these guys 1 star. Worse service I’ve ever had. The guys never called back like they said. I told them what the problem was then they want to diagnose it which was fine but ended up telling me it was what I said anyway. Then try and charge for things that didn’t need or should not have needed to be done. Just totally behind dissatisfied. Worse experience I’ve ever had with ANY service. Went to get in my car after and smelled like alcohol to top it off.

My jeep threw out a CV axle on my way home. I limped it to service street and they were able to get my jeep in late Saturday evening. They had it fixed and ready before noon on Monday as they are closed Sundays, so in the grand scheme it only took them a few hours to get fixed! They called me after they fixed both sides of the front end to inform me that they recommended an alignment which they also performed. They had some future recommendations for me but I was unable to get them done not due to their cost but because I just had a surgery performed that was thousand out of pocket. It drives great and the price was fair, I'd recommend them to anyone, thanks to daren and the guys! Great job, you've earned my business!
