I had a wonderful experience with the team at Service Street Auto Repair. My car had been leaking oil consistently for months, I took it to several shops, spent hundreds of dollars on oil changes and not one could figure out what was going on or where the leak was coming from. Finally I was recommended to go to Service Street and they were able to find the problem area and fix it and at a really great price in a really good timeframe. They were quick and efficient and I have recommended them to everyone. Terry was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me. They even took pictures to show me where the issue was and what/why it was going on. They documented in their system so that next time I come for an oil change they will look the area over to make sure I'm still good and nothing is leaking. I really appreciate the time they took to talk to me and I will most definitely be taking my car back for all future needs. Thanks Service Street for your great customer service!!

Experienced shop, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Been working on my own stuff for years, trying to find somebody to take over for me and I would recommend service Street at the Thornton location.

Great staff and great service. This location has the friendliest staff and quickest service. This is by far better than any Christian Brothers.

Very nice and got my car in and out. Was advised on getting new air filters and did so. Will be back for next oil change.

I have a long list of troubling problems that I was able to witness and be apart of. I have a 2010 Subaru outback, not the best design for replacing headlights I know but through service street Parker, they have taken a total of six and a half hours and two separate trips to fix mine... that is 6.5 hours to change out my two headlights. After waiting a total of three hours the first day they finished and I got to drive home midday. The next day I am driving home from work and one of the lights doesn't work. The only reason I knew about this was due to it being dark while driving home at night. I call and schedule to have it fixed a second time. I waited the second time around for an additional 3.5 hours, about half way through I believe someone stopped by to tell me that they had noticed an issue the first time around that they decided to ignore and work around which was now causing the light to short out on this visit... So to fix this brand new to me problem, that they chose to ignore the first time. They decided that cutting into the headlight fixture and "zip tying" it together to fix the problem is the best solution. I wish 0 stars was a possibility. Update: I have now also realized that they didn't even put the plastic screws back on where you go through to get to the light. So now my inner bumper is falling off. I didn't think I could like them even less but here we are. Also no response from the business about any of these issues that have come up. Strange how they ignore major issues THEY caused but soak up good reviews as if those are more important to address.

This place and its staff was absolutely incredible! Extremely pleased with their work and amazing customer service. Highly recommend and would without a doubt return for future work!

Needed timing belt replaced. I brought in a competitors estimate and they saved me over $300. Got me to work and back while they did the job. Very friendly staff.

This shop was, without sounding too cliche, a God send. They worked with my crazy schedule, offered to pick me up when the work was done, beat/matched the competition prices, and they were genuine and went above and beyond to help me. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend and will without a doubt return to them for future work
