Make sure to tell them to rotate tires. They push to sell the oil change packages. On the card it you get 5 oil changes with tire rotation on it. The first time I didn't tell them, I just made an appointment and took the card in. When the my truck was done I asked if they did it and they told me no. They drove my truck back in to rotate the tires and acted like it was my fault that I didn't tell them. (shouldn't have to since that is what is on the card). This was about 4 months ago. Last week I made an appointment for my wife's car to get serviced. When I scheduled the appointment I told them over the phone an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the appointment an employee greeted me at the door and asked what I was here for. I told him an oil change and tire rotation. He then brought me to Darin to get checked in. Darin asked what my appointment was for, again, Oil change and Tire rotation. They took the car in. Once it was done having trusted that they did everything since I told them 3 times, I left. Later that morning I walked and looked at the tires and they didn't rotate them. How did I know? I have a scratched rim on the passenger front of the car and that same rim was still on the passenger front. Personally, if they advertise on the card it is an oil change AND tire rotation, customers should not have to ask for it as it is part of the deal.
