Took my car right in for front end alignment after I bought new tires. Came back in 2 hours and was all finished. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Got a good discount due to connection with Discount Tires. That was nice.

Fast service they helped get my oil changed no problem and with no waiting days or weeks for an appointment! They got me in the next day as my car was about to break down without it! Thanks guys!

Went in for an oil change. Was called into the service bay by the manager to tell me of a 'significant' leak -- to make any appearance of a leak more significant, saw they had loosened the oil filter and drain plug to allow oil to be streaming off the bottom of the engine. This was a sad and underhanded attempt add emphasis and urgency to a non-issue. I normally have my vehicle serviced by the full auto shop at my work and am fully aware that there is no leak on my vehicle. If they really wanted something to quote work for they could have opted for my worn brakes, dilapidated shocks/struts, the odd syncromesh gear issue shifting into 3rd, the reverse lights that simply don't work or most apparent, the check engine light that is on for a cat issue. While I wouldn't have had them do any of the work, still, they oped to fabricate possible work rather than actual see what was in front of them. Service Street might have a welcoming, clean environment, but they are as slimy and shifty as they come. Beware!

Quoted 200 dish turned out to be 800 drop car off at 8:45 they still didn't have it done at 6 fue to not finding right parts. finally got into car at 6:20 and car smell like god-awful smoke

Employees were very nice. Price for services rendered is not nice, however. $800 for a $200 alternator, plus what is commonly agreed upon by mechanics as only 1 hour of actual labor. At most, should be $350. An automatic "5 year warranty"....um, which nobody needs for an alternator, by the way. Basically, I already paid for a replacement alternator up front, so the warranty is a total crock. If I didn't need the car ready to roll for the next week, I would have never paid such a blatantly/ridiculously inflated repair price anywhere.

TJ and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and timely. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and why it’s needed. You never feel up sold like many other repair shops. I highly recommend this team and this facility for all your car repairs!
