My experience was great--thanks everyone that helped!! My car was done when they said it was going to be done!!

I would highly recommend Service Street. I brought my vehicle to them in November and everyone at the desk was courteous and efficient. Working with TJ was a pleasure and his team was quickly able to troubleshoot a heating and A/C issue in my H3. I plan on bringing back my vehicle and have them repair another small issue; They were one of the only service facilities that was able to give me a straight answer without a lot of fluff (which always seems to translate to a lot more money).

I stopped in without an appt. to get my brake light fixed and Amon greeted me with enthusiasm and friendliness. He and John made sure it could be fixed before I had to go to work. I was about at my wits end about the issue. They handled everything with professionalism and kindness. And they didn't charge me anything. So very glad I stopped by to get help!

Just wanted to give a heads up. I called at 5:30 was told yeah they could get me in. So I drove directly there in about 25 minutes. Then I get there and three techs are sitting there talking but I'm told they have an appointment at 6:15 coming in. So I would have to come back in the morning. So either they needed 3 techs do change one oil or it was close to closing and they didn't want to work anymore for the day. So if you call at 530 and they tell you come on in you better be at the door or just wasting your time like they did mine.

The process was quick and easy and there was great costumer service. I will definitely come again next time i need a fix!
