I purchased my 2017 Escape from Ford last year. Due to the service warrantee, I had to have my vehicle serviced by Ford. I never was very confident with the service provided and the customer service was atrocious. I just had my oil changed at Service Street. They were all very professional. I was introduced to the mechanic who would be working on my vehicle. They called me when my oil was changed and let me know my water pump was leaking. They let me know if I had purchased an extended warrantee when I purchased my vehicle that my water pump could be covered under it. They told me I should check my warrantee and I could let them know if it is covered. It was so refreshing to experience professional integrity and honesty. Thank you!
