After having an unsatisfactory experience at a different place that told me I needed struts I decided to get a second estimate so I came to Service Street. After they inspected my car they told me my struts were actually fine. I really appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend them.

They were awesome. There were a few unexpected things wrong with my car and they took the time to explain to me what that mean, how it would affect my car, and what their best recommendation was. I will definitely be going back for all future car needs!

I’ve been a customer of Service Street since they opened at Southlands Mall. They can always schedule me in when I need maintenance or repair on my truck and their work has met my expectations.

I like how the technicians no longer pester me about needing to repair or fix every last little problem with my vehicle. I used to really be rubbed the wrong way and did not want to return but out of necessity I had to once and ever since they have been much different.

I really appreciate that they went the extra mile and help me install a headlight that I couldn’t reach as well as a difficult windshield wiper!

Got coupon for $19.99 oil change, but when I went to the shop, I was told I don't qualify for the $19.99 oil change. Because my vehicle took 5W20 oil, I was told it is synthetic oil only. Which is a lie,and like lot of vehicles, you could put either synthetic or regular oil. Did not wanted to argue so I left the shop with a bad taste. Will not recommend...

Service street is a great place to take your car. The staff there is professional and very helpful.

People were nice, but they did not call to keep me updated when service was taking longer than expected. I scheduled an appointment at 0830 and they didn't even start on my truck until 1000. They said my truck would be ready between 4 or 5pm. I checked back with them around 4:30pm and then they told me it wasn't going to be done until the end of the day at 7pm. I finally got a call around 6:15pm saying it was not going to be finished tonight, but it would be done tomorrow morning. I was so frustrated! They did provide me a ride home using Lyft and arranged transportation to and from work the next day. Overall, they do good work, are reasonably priced, make sure the work is done right, are very friendly, and appreciate you for choosing them to service your vehicle. I would just recommend they call and keep you updated/informed if there are delays. Rodney Rhoades

They offered us a free Uber inspection which was great but when we were told the high mount brake light was out, he quoted me $50 to fix it. He said he’d have to take it apart to replace the bulb. Well I took it somewhere else and within 3 mins.they replaced the bulb and said since it was a minor job that it was “on the house.” We also had our brakes done there last spring and the new brakes have given us nothing but problems since. They told us that it’s because we also needed new shocks which is what was causing the wear and tear on the new brakes. We took it somewhere else to see if that was true and we were told that info. was inaccurate. So, you decide for yourself. They’re nice guys, but it seems a little dishonest. We will not be using this place again.
