Not sure why I bothered to make an appt either time I took my daughter's car here. I made a 4:30pm appt for an oil change and the car was not ready till almost 7pm. Then, on their recommendation, I made another appt for a tie rod replacement which should have only take 2 hours. I made a 12:30pm appt, dropped it off at 12:30, asked how long it would take and was told it would be the next car in to be worked on. I replied great, because I need to leave by 3. I went to lunch with a friend and came back 2.5 hours later. It STILL had not even been touched. When asked what happened, I was simply told "I'm sorry, it will be the next up." I told Deanna thanks for nothing but it was 2:45 and I needed to leave. The prices may be cheaper but clearly, you get what you pay for. I will take my cars and my money and go somewhere else, if it gets my car worked on in a timely manner.
