I live right around the corner from you, and get mailings all the time from you. So I finally decided to give you a try. When I called to make the appointment I was told normally an Oil Change takes about 90 minutes, but since I was getting there at 7am when you open it should only be about 30 minutes. I got there at 6:58, and there were 2 people in front of me. One person was just dropping off their vehicle, and the other person ahead of me a lady was also having an Oil Change done, and asked that her battery be checked. The lady got asked when her Oil Change was done if she wanted to change her Air Filter because it was getting bad so she said yes go ahead, and do it. She got done about 7:35am. I get called at 8:08am, but never got asked about changing my Air Filter. I asked Deanna about it, but she said it was recommended, but she was on the phone so didn't get a chance to ask. I said I would have changed it had I been asked, but I guess I can do it next time. Then I get out to my car, and start to drive away, but the Washer Fluid was empty so I turned back around, and went in. I asked if you top off Fluids because I had not Washer Fluid. I was told you to top them off, and got an apology. Matt came out, and topped it off for me. Ok so for being my first experience with Service Street you promise my car in 30 minutes, and it takes a little over an hour, you fail to give me the option of having my Air Filter Changed until I'm ready to walk out the door, and you forget to top off my Windshield Wiper Fluid. Yes normally would be no big deal, but for all of these to happen of the first visit ever to Service Street I was a bit disappointed you fell short of expectations of a customer after hearing such good things about your company.
