We've been customers here for seven years now. We've had solid service for everything from routine service to emergency surgery. The only drawback here is that their work is so in demand that undscheduled jobs can take longer than expected to turn around. So booking an appointment or getting in when they first open is recommended.

Very Impressed! I must admit that I'm not a huge fan of the Jiffy Lubes or Grease Monkey's of the world. I've just had too many instances where something not only wasn't quite right, but was in fact terribly wrong. I even had one of those other companies fail to fill my truck up with oil . . . like they only put in about 2 quarts for some reason. Anyway, I was always skeptical. When we moved to Parker a little while ago, we were in a time crunch so we went ahead and dropped my wife's car off at Service Street on Hess. They were great. They didn't try to upsell her on anything as has happened at many other car service locations. We've had such a great relationship with them, that we buy their oil change packages as we need them. We've never had a single issue and, in fact, they've always steered us in the right direction even if it wasn't the most advantageous for them. If you want to make sure your car is serviced correctly and you or our spouse won't be upsold, give Service Street a shot. They're great.

This is for Kerry's Car Care in Glendale, AZ. My motor was rebuilt in June. When I had the 1000 mile oil change my water pump was reported leaking. I took it in today and in less than 6 hours it had been replaced with a top of the line, brand new water pump and the warranty extended to cover a full 5 years again. Thanks for sticking with us to finally resolve this recurring problem.

I have been going to Kerrie’s since 2016 (when I moved to AZ). They are very honest. I bring both my vehicles here, I tell them what I think and then they tell me what they think it is! They do not try to sell me anything else. Regardless of negative reviews, you really have to see for yourself. They stand by their work. If a problem occurs they fix it. And they will fit you in whenever you want to drop in. Whether it’s 7am before school drop off and 7pm after work! Thanks for everything you have done for both the White Expedition (lol-fun vehicle) and white Malibu. Thanks team!
