You did a great job, on time, at a great price and at your estimate. Great service.

Told me my wait would 45 mins to 1 hr. Decided to wait. I waited over 2 hours.

Don't go there. They didn't even put my cover back on the engine and my pipe was just laying there. Of course my check engine light was on.

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. That is unacceptable. You deserve quality service and jobs finished by the time you pick up your vehicle. We apologize that the service you witnessed is not reflective of our brand. We want to fix this issue and have notified the staff involved.

I will not take my car any other place than Service Street! Chris Smith (GM) An day his crew did an outstanding job taking care of me. I actually got turned down from other auto shops because they thought insurance would not cover the work. Chris went above and beyond to battle with insurance adjusters and made sure they didn’t take advantage of me. Chris and his crew opetarate honesty, integrity and treated me like family - thank you Chris, thank you Service Street! Your customer for life, Elmer Sequeira

We really appreciate that you took the time to share your recent experience with us! We are so glad to hear that our staff was helpful to you and your car needs. Thank you for letting us know how we are doing! We look forward to your next visit with us!

Just wanted to say that the team at the Aurora, CO Service Street really took care of me. I'd trust Sam, Charles, and Chris with my cars any day. Charles especially has the patience of a saint and goes the extra mile (and then some) to help customers feel informed. I definitely feel that I got more than my money's worth through this shop and can't recommend them enough.

Reviews highlighting the commitment of our staff ranks among our favorite things! We are beaming with pride knowing we were able to help you out. Thank you so much for your kind review and recommendation!

Excellent service!!! The guys got me in and out, they were reasonable, and honest. The location was a bit far from where I live but it was worth every minute in traffic. I highly recommend these guys due to their customer service plus the expertise on my crappy Bmw. Some mechanics won’t touch beemers because of how technical they are but the crew dove right in. 5 stars hands down.

Thank you so much for leaving such a kind review!

I asked to know why battery was dying. They said would call when they could get it in. Called and said fixed. When I picked up the charge was almost $150.00. Never told me that was hourly charge to diagnose problem. I might have said ok or might have taken elsewhere. Not planning on returning to Service Street.

Communication is essential to a positive experience and we failed to communicate clearly. We are so sorry about that. Lack of communication is not what we strive for. Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We don't ever want our customers to feel blindsided by the services or fees that we give.

Typical mechanic shop that can and will charge you whatever they want for the work to be done because they know you aren't ASE certified and NEED Your car. I have been here a couple times for minor issues (oil changes, etc). However I sent my wife recently to get an estimate on a brake job. I know it's not suppose to happen, but I when women walk into any hardware or automotive store, I can practically see the dollar signs in the eyes of the clerk. The shop did an inspection and as you can imagine EVERYTHING needed to be replaced. I guess we got lucky that we came in when we did, because judging by the estimate the only thing stopping our car was a stiff breeze and maybe a hope and prayer. My wife called me with an $800 estimate for a brake job. After I picked the phone off the floor, I told her to run. Don't even get the car, forget the car, we can come back and get it later because your in the process of being robbed. They listed things like a hub service- our Nissan armada does not need a hub service for a break job. Maybe they though we had a 1988 4-runner, Easily mistaken. Of course the brakes were shot, the calipers were bad and needed to be replaced. (There was slight difference in pad wear from inside to outside, but nothing that a little lube on the slides wouldn't fix and nothing I would consider out of the ordinary). Oh yeah, the rotors needed to be replaced too because they were out of spec and couldn't be machined. Even though they have NEVER been machined before in their short lives. ( the auto parts store I ended up taking them to had no problem machining them.) In the end, I did the work myself and it all cost me about $75 in parts and 2 hours out of my day. The calipers were fine, the rotors got turned and were fine, and no magical hub service was performed. We also went to brakes plus for an estimate and it came back around $200 if that means anything. I'm pretty sure if I would have been out of town, my wife would have been taken for $800. I'm also pretty sure that if I was the one who brought the vehicle in, the estimate would have looked a lot different. In any case, we won't be going back, and won't be recommending them to anybody. Go ahead and take your chances. I'm not rich so I prefer not to pay 10 x the value for anything, but maybe that's just me.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Feedback helps us tackle issues and become a better business. From what we can see your experience was not reflective of our brand. We are really sorry for that. That is unacceptable. We want every customer to feel as though they are getting the services they need without feeling as though they are being robbed. We are truly sorry we did not provide you with the best possible experience. We will be contacting the staff involved and looking into what we can do to ensure that this does not happen again.
