Was here about 6 months ago with my Buick. The guys saved me hundreds by just being honest and helpful! Plus, they picked my 4yr old daughter and I up from Walmart when the car was done. Will be back soon with a different car! Thanks guys for being awesome! Will only take my cars here! Great customer service and honesty go a long way!

Our car had mysterious problem, 2 other shops couldn't figure out ! Service Street was persistent! They collaborated with other specialists to fix mystery ! And they did....for fair amount of $! ...even covered some extra fees... When previous shops just give up! They offer good coupons on their website (We got towing discount) We were amazed by customer service ...

Great personal service from Deanna and the rest of the staff. They tracked down my problem with a pesky engine light and saved me some money to boot!!!

I will never go back. It started when they replaced my oil filter and forgot to remove the seal that was left behind from the old filter. The oil drained out and the engine melted down. They replaced the engine. That was a huge hassle that took about three weeks from start to finish. Only after the first week did they offer to give me a rental car. As the weeks passed, little issues kept coming up that they sometimes fixed. Another shop identified an oil leak when they changed the oil. Service Street would not fix that. So going to another shop - and $650 later - I now have a vehicle that is almost as good as it was. (I hung on in good faith and hoped they would fix it. No. That's why I finally posted this negative review.) UPDATE: The corporate office called me after they replied to this on Google and they said they would call me back 24-48 hours after they talked with the Highlands Ranch branch. That was about a month ago - the follow-up call never came.
