Guy were fast and honest. Very tough to find in mechanics these days.

They screwed the oil plug on too tight the last time but they made it right! I not only got a new oil plug but was also worried they screwed up my oil pan. So, when I complained how they also got dirt on my seat last time they gave me half off my oil change. Now, that they cared enough about their customer service to do that I will give them five stars for their service.

I always have good experiences at Service Street. Chris, the manager is a standup guy, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Nice to have a reliable and trustworthy go-to car spot.

I have been impressed each time I’ve been here. Not only have they treated me with respect but my teen daughter as well. I’ve had to send her there a couple of times when I’ve been unable to help and they treated her very well. They are quick and friendly! Take your vehicle in and see!!

I've done business with a number of auto service companies in the past but I've never had the quality of service that I've received here. I have a sense of confidence that I'm always going to get an honest answer when I ask a question or have an issue and I've never felt like an inconvenience or a hassle. The staff here is kind, courteous, and understands how far good customers service can take a business. I'm truly impressed.

It's the nightmare you expect with a coupon at your first visit and worse . The upsells were complete lies and I argued the entire time trying to convince them I merely came for an oil change . I was asked to 'get out' when I disputed the charges including an air filter I declined when asked . Nothing but stress and dishonesty and I'm concerned about ehwh they actually did to my car . Keep your eyes on them while they're changing your oil!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was completed promptly and professionally.

NEVER coming back here. I called for an oil change appointment and the person who answered asked if I could bring it in right now and I said it depends how long it will take because I have other stuff to do. He said 30-45 minutes. I was there within 5 minutes and the guy at the front seemed surprised that I expected it done in 30-45 minutes. "Oh that's a speech we use to get people in", I said I wasn't interested in waiting an hour and he insisted it could get done quickly, more like 40 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I finally have my car back. That's called lying to get me in the door...and I'm done. Also when I was checking out I heard them talking with some poor kid saying his quote was $5000, he was super shocked and was talking about maybe just getting a new car...well they quickly started saying stuff like "oh no we'll see what we can do, maybe the mechanic can cut his labor a little, maybe we can look at financing, what about if we can get it down to $4000"? Are you kidding me?? They are just like every other crappy dishonest mechanic.

Service was fast,no big fancy deal,felt service is the same as Dealership service.
