Scheduling an appointment was easy, they did great work, while being friendly and knowledgeable. I will be a return customer for all my oil changes & tire rotations.

Staff was very helpful and informative! Oil change went as expected, and I wound up buying the 5 oil change family pack.

Each time we go there they find things to be fixed that are not a problem...rear shocks leaking this time. Took my 90 year old Mom's car there and we had an estimate of $3600 to fix things that were not needed. Took her car to dealer and they did for $850 only want was necessary. Will not do anything other than oil change here ever!

For a month now I have been receiving multiple phone calls, voicemails and texts from this business for a customer they have that put my phone number I have had for 17 years on his contact information. The worst part is I have called and spoken to them four times to advise them of this and asking them to please stop calling me explaining the number does not and has never belonged to their customer. I was told "sorry" and that it would stop however it still continues and now has moved to texts as recently as this morning. Apparently they cannot gather correct info and refuse to remove my phone number from their customers paperwork. This makes me wonder if they pay that much attention to the work they do on vehicles. Very frustrating I have had to spend my own time calling them time and again to remove my phone number from the contact info on this customer that still has not been done. Now I have to spend more of my personal time reporting to other entities for this being what I consider harassment since contacting them directly produces no resolution. Please review them before considering doing business with this company. Thank you for reading this post.

I had a horrible experience: this company fell short of every promise they made. Nearly 5 hours to get 2 tires. An oil change I didn't ask for and they were not even going to tell me about and over charged!!! Don't even want to give it one star

Brought in my white 95 Cherokee lifted on 33s and Chris smith greeted me at the front door and diagnosed my power steering leak within the first 10 minutes of service. I couldn't afford the repairs at the time but he offered me 0 percent financing for up to 12 months on the repairs. Fast and friendly service with complimentary shuttle .... ask for Chris !

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, I appreciated that they mentioned the items that needed attention but did not try to hard sell me so I could make up my own mind. Definitely will come back and refer to others

We've been taking our vehicles to this Service Street for the past couple years and have always been pleased with the service. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Despite not always understanding the mechanics of issues with our cars, I never feel like I'm being talked down to or made fun of. Their 5 packs for oil changes are a great price; especially since if there is an issue with a car, they can fix it right there. And if it takes longer than you want to wait there, Southlands Mall is right there to hang out at or Service Street will get you a ride back to your home. I highly recommend Service Street for both general maintenance work and problematic work on any vehicle.
