Went to get an oil change and had great service. However, they charge $20 for a tire rotation. Everywhere else does a tire rotation for free when you get an oil change. I have literally never paid for a tire rotation on any of my cars. I do understand they need to make money but I just think it's ridiculous that they charge $20 for a tire rotation when literally everywhere else does it complimentary when you get an oil change.

My first visit rendered a “free oil change” from the manager due to an “inconvenience”. My second visit ended with an estimate of just over $600.00. I am fairly learned about motors and that just didnt sound right. I picked my car up and immediately took it to the dealer. I told them the same problem, 15 minutes later they called and explained it was- “just an overflow”. That cost me $125.00 for the diagnosis. I did tell the Service Street manager that I would share the outcome of the Dealers diagnosis-he remained commited to their diagnosis. I won’t be going back for a third visit.

I came to Service Street to get my oil changed and they did an amazing job. There were a few other issues with my car and they took me out to the garage to show me exactly what was going on, what the steps were to fix it, and the cost before doing it. Very respectful of their customers and 100% will he going back!

A little background first. My Dad was both a Mechanic and a Service Manager for over 40 yours in Dealership in NE South Dakota: they prided themselves in being Honest, well trained and viewed the Customer as King--always strived to keep prices as low as possible while still protecting reliability and safety. I, along with my wife who discovered Deanna and James Barber 12 years ago, finally found an equivalent to my Dad's philosophy. We were extremely pleased with the Barbers at a Goodyear store in Parker for 11 years and so were our children an 3 Grandchildren who were of driving age. When they moved, along with many loyal employees to Service Street in 2017 we did not hesitate to all take our business there. Again, we were very pleased with their new Processes but more importantly they and their Employees---the critical People component of the equation!
