Joe is a rockstar - incredibly great customer service, I’ll be taking all my vehicles to Service Street.

I brought my truck in for the first time a few weeks back. I really wanted to depend on a place close to home. I had three things I wanted done, an oil change, tire pressure checked and my left blinker fixed. They sold me an oil change package (5) and said they would take care of the other two items. I came to pick up my truck they said all was good. I got home my blinker wasn’t fixed. I called back they said it would be $200 in labor only and supposedly somebody quoted me that which is completely false. As of now, I won’t go back. Double check the “extra” up sell”. They also said I need my timing belt replaced. They did ask if I had, they told me I needed it. Which I had just had replaced last year.

I was charged and paid for the wrong ticket. I was advised I would hear from corporate the next day regarding the refund and didnt. Followed back up 2 days later and i was advised they were on it and would get back with me in a couple hours. 2 days later and im still waiting to hear from them. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

I came in without an appointment for an oil change and inspection of fluid etc. Staff were friendly, work was done quickly (about 45 minutes) and seemed to be done well.

I was taken care of promptly and all the work done on my wife's vehicle was only what I wanted done. I appreciate that there wasn't a hard sell on other products or services. That would have definitely sent me away for good.

TJ Gudino (manager) and staff are true professionals. On my truck I've had air intake work, brakes, spark plugs, and power steering pressure line work done here. TJ has always been honest with me. If you want it done right the 1st time, this is a good repair facility.
