I was referred to service street by someone who comes in often. My first experience there is one where I couldn’t recommend to anyone nor take my vehicle back too. I later explained my situation to my friend who referred me. I was really against coming back when I decided to maybe give it a second try. The second time around I would have to say was the best by far from any car service shop I’ve been too. Eddie in particular was one who made sure I was taken care of correctly and all my questioned was answered. He made my second visit worth it. Honestly if it was for Eddies helpfulness and his passion in his work I probably wouldn’t have had the experience I did the second time around. Eddie definitely made me coming back the second time around a loyal customer.

I went in for an oil change. While in the waiting room. The guy from the front desk brings in my engine filter, supposedly mine, showing me how dirty it is. I said replace it. Then when getting ready to pay, the oil change and engine filter totaled to $71. The staff hands me a long list of issues with my truck. Keep mind I take my truck regularly for service at the dealerships, not just one, and never have a million issues. Do not go here, the staff sucks, no customer service, and they make up false issues.

I've come here for all my big issues and these people are by far the best mechanics I've ever had. They always tell what issues can wait a little bit and what issues need to be taken care of asap. Darren has great customer service skills and went above and beyond for me. They are kind, considerate, and they work super fast! My old car runs better than ever thanks to the gentlemen at Service Street! I will always trust them.

I almost never post a negative review, but folks need to watch out with this place. I've had my vehicle serviced here three times, and each time I left with more problems than when I went in. I finally went to another mechanic with a 5 star rating, and they reviewed all the work done by Service Street. It wasn't good. The sway bar that Service Street installed was not done correctly, and so the sway bar failed quickly. The suspension was making strange noise due to this mistake, so I took it back. Instead of fixing the real problem, they sold me new bushings which wasn't cheap. The real problem was they used nuts that needed cotter pins rather than whatever was supposed to be used to attach the swaybar. As a result one of the links was completely unattached and the threads were destroyed. The other one was loose, and my swaybar was completely useless. Then when I took my vehicle back for a timing belt replacement, that's when things got expensive. They installed my coolant return hose upside down so that it rubbed against one of my engine's pulleys. This wore a hole and I lost all my coolant the next morning when I drove to work. I fixed this one myself, but it took a long time and it cost me for parts and new coolant. They didn't reattach my AC Compressor correctly. And they broke the tensioner on my serpentine belt which caused a clicking noise from my pulleys as I drove. I've now realized that they were just incompetent and I took my vehicle to a new mechanic. It cost me over $800 to get all that repaired correctly. Honestly, now that I know what they did wrong I feel lucky that wasn't worse. Stay away from this place.
