Got my truck in right away for an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly and efficient!

Horrible service. I left Service Street at Southlands Mall and my tires were still low. I asked if they checked for nails and also filled them and they said they did. Since they were brand new tires I thought maybe I got faulty tires. I took my vehicle back to Big O so they can check them, well the only thing wrong with my tires was the horrible service at Service Street. Big O checked them and filled them and it's been over a week and no issues. I paid over $100 for a complete check at Service Street which includes tire rotation, oil and filter change, check the fluids but it makes me wonder if they did any of the other work at all when something as simple as filling the tires with air was not done. Never going back because I don't trust them anymore.

Went in to take advantage of a $30 coupon for an oil change. Couldn’t use it as the coupon doesn’t apply to synthetic oil which is what is needed for my vehicle. Really needed or just recommended? Also, staff wanted to sell service 5-pack which would’ve been a good deal except I’m trying to save money and can’t do $225 for future oil changes. Hoped for $30-$40 and walked out spending almost $100. Should’ve walked out before service and gone to Grease Monkey.

The service was wonderful as always at Service Street! Darren was extremely helpful and let me know about the 5 pack for oil changes! Always trying to save me money!!!

Service Street always does a great job on your car, gets you in and out quickly! They kept my last car going for almost 200,000 miles!

Very professional and courteous. Dave Stock is a rock star. As I misunderstood the oil change pack (my fault), they didn't charge me for the oil change! Service Street is head and shoulders above Jiffy Lube and the like. I won't go anywhere else.

The employees here are so amazing and kind. I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them and they never make me feel like I'm incompetent. I continue to give them business because they treat me well and I trust what they're telling me.

My mom's tire light was on in her car. The service guys put the car on the hoist checked and filled each tire and did it for free. Thank you

Do NOT take your vehicle here! They scammed us out $350!! We took our truck in due to a transmission leak. They said it could be repaired and charged us up front. Two days later they called and said they couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with it, but probably the transmission. When I asked about getting a refund, they said they would NOT give a refund because they provided a service. We have a warranty on the vehicles transmission and had they told us that from the beginning we would have taken straight to the dealer. Alex, the "manager" said they did exactly what we asked them to do? No, we took the vehicle in with a leak and asked that they the "professionals" tell us the issue. He said all they could do is give us a free oil change packet. Why on earth would we ever take any of our vehicles back there when you already ripped us off? Fool me once, SHAME ON YOU! BE AWARE, you get what you pay for! Their $20 oil change is not worth the grief they will cause you down the road! Not to mention when we picked up the truck, they said it could no longer go in reverse..! 1/23/18 Update: This place is a joke! Someone from "corporate" called several weeks ago claiming that they would look into this matter. They stated that Alex was a new employee and would be calling me back within a couple days. I never heard back! They have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
