If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car in for service because it was squealing as I turned the wheel. I only chose Service Street because they were new and I had a coupon (my mistake, but I figured I'd give them a chance). They told me my issue was the Rack and Pinion seals and that I needed a Rack and Pinion replacement so I gave them the go ahead to do the replacement. They told me it would be complete by the afternoon. At about 4PM (evening not afternoon) I called because I had not heard from them. I had to yank information from the man on the other end of the phone to finally get him to admit they were "having trouble with one of the parts" (I came to find out later they had stripped one of the bolt holes on said part) and they would try to have my car done by close (7PM). Again I heard nothing until I had to call them at 6:45 so I could know whether I would have my car that night or not. At this point the man on the other end told me they needed to order another part and would have it done by noon the next day. I was rather annoyed (mostly because I had to yank information from them and was not contacted in an hones fashion about my repair), but said that's okay. Well the next day at approximately 2PM I again had to call them because I had heard nothing about my car. When I called again the man on the other end of the phone was hesitant to give me information about my car (I later learned they had ordered the wrong part in replacement of the one they ruined) and just kept saying that they were trying to get it done and it would be done in about 45 minutes. At this point I made it clear to him I had work and had not planned for a ride because they had told me they would have my car done; his response was to snap back at me. So then again I called at 3:30PM to check on my car (this is the 4th time they had pushed my time back) and he told me it would take ANOTHER 45 minutes. After all of that I finally had my car back only to find out it was still squealing and the problem was not fixed. So I took it into Honda (I needed an oil change anyway) and the dealership told me the CV Boot was torn and that it likely never needed a new rack and pinion. I thought this was odd so I took it to another trusted mechanic who told me the same thing. So altogether Service Street either missed an obvious repairs (torn CV boots are messy and leak lots of grease) or purposely lied to get me to spend more money ($2k vs. the $300 it cost for a new axle). DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY.
