Quick on the spot service.

Our vehicle began overheating but I was able to get to the store just before closing time. Alex assured me the repairs would be done the next day and made sure I had a ride home. As promised, the repairs were completed the next day. Alex was professional and courteous. This was one of the best car repair experiences we have ever had. Thank you Alex and your team!! You are awesome!

Took advantage of a $19.95 oil change coupon but when it was all said & done, my daughter was charged over $40. They tell my daughter, "No, that's the price..." She gives me the receipt & there was no $19.95 coupon used. Charged full price & they talk to my kids like they're idiots. First & last time I use this service & I'm telling everyone I know. I work for GSA & this experience is going in our newsletter. Also not sure about these reviews but my kids were not treated as if their business was welcome, although other customers that were there were treated differently... Interesting...

This place has always been very professional and always helpful whenever I had an issue no matter how small it was. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Don't take your cars here for services. They are unprofessional and ripping you off. Took my car there for an oil change and knowing that is all it needs. They did the oil change but also told me there's others issues with the car which will cost me $3000 to get it fix which bunch of BS. The car has no oil leak when I took it there but after the oil changed took it home and oil leaking everywhere. I think they did something to make the oil leak so the can charge me to get it fix. These guys are con men and I don't know how the company still in business, mind you this is brand new shop. I learned my lesson and definitely would not recommend anyone to this shop. Very disappointed and unhappy with their services. I would give them zero star but can't.

Ed was great, I called Friday morning to see about setting an appointment.... because my car was stuck at another location he was able to tow my car. Locate the problem, obtain the part needed. I was able to stay at work and had my car back by 5. He did point out a few things that will need my attention soon but did not or pressure me to get the work done imediatley. I highly recommend Service Street Auto Repair.
