Quick and Courteous

Took my truck here about 5 months ago for an oil change which included their "free" inspection on a coupon. Lately the transmission jumps when going into 3rd. So I look under the hood to find that the transmission fluid dipstick is halfway out. I wonder now how much crud has gone down there which could possibly be my problem now. This stupid mistake may cost me hundreds if not into the thousands for repair. Needless to say, I'll be throwing out any coupons from Dis-Service Street. I wouldn't trust these idiots to put air in my tires now.

To who it may concern, I was very disappointed with my last visit which took place on Saturday 12/2. My alignment went for $69.99 to $135. My car still pulls but I won’t be visiting that location again. I’ll be taking it to a place that has the right equipment to handle an all wheel drive vehicle. Thanks,

Had an appointment to get my oil changed at 3pm, arrived at store at 2:50. when 4:20 arrived and my car still wasn't done and after seeing a young man come in 20 minutes after me and left before me I had to finally get up and ask if my car was done, which it was and was being brought around. I have no issues waiting for an oil change but why make appointments if someone can come in after and get service before an appointment.

Great shop. These guys are professional, honest, and kind. Always very helpful and willing to ask any questions I have. They do the work I ask in a timely manner, without being pushy about extra repairs and the like. The managers are helpful and willing to give discounts and deals where they can. These guys have earned my business. Good work guys keep it up!

Friendly staff. Quick service. I got a good deal on a 5 package oil change. I am just not real sure about what I was quoted on a break job. Seemed VERY expensive.

Dropped my car off monday, said I needed it back friday which they said no problem. Called thursday evening to make sure it would be good to go, ONLY then I was told about another major issue... now it's not the extra problem with the car that's the issue, the issue is that I never got a call earlier from them telling me something was wrong. Not a doubt in my mind they wouldn't have told me something was wrong until I showed up early Friday morning to pick the thing up. Was also told at least twice they would call me back. Very poor communication.

Unfair service Took my car in and paid $130 for a routine checkup. After a 20 minute inspection, they came out and told me I needed new struts and a head gasket replaced immediately. I was skeptical so I went to the dealership to have them verify whether this was true and the dealer told me nothing was wrong.

Amazing place. I am so pleased with the service. Alex at the front desk was so helpful and straightforward. The techs were so polite and did a great job working on my car and making me aware of wear that should be addressed, and when. Stellar place.
