Great Service.

Great experience with new brakes and rotors - they did a great job and didn't charge me an arm an a leg. I don't understand the negative reviews. I am not affiliated with this company, and I don't know anyone who works there. They do ask customers to make appointments so they can manage workflow, so naturally if you walk in without one, you may have to wait. And why would you call anyone fat in a review of service? I think anyone who does that is either uneducated or downright rude. I was impressed with their service and will bring my car in for future repairs.

The GM was so helpful! We had come straight from another service store where we had been treated badly & they were trying to rip us off. We were very frustrated! Your business & location treated kind, professional & were very fast! Oh & did not try to rip us off. We will definitely return for all oil changes & service needed on our 4 cars. Thank u so much!

Poor customer service. They scheduled me for an alignment. Once I arrived they gave me every excuse why they couldn't align my 350Z. The older fat guy was a reall clown. I would recommend anyone ro stay away from this one.

Efficient Service and Kind Technicians

I have NEVER experienced a more ethical full service auto repair facility. We have gone to Service Street for a couple of problems with our 2015 Suburban. The have been straightforward, honest, and forthright. They conducted a manual diagnostic on my car, explained the problem, contacted Chevrolet on my behalf and suggested the work should be covered under warranty. Unbelievable! We will continue to be repeat customers.

This place was great! They did an oil change, alignment and mount and balance on my car. They didn’t even attempt to upsell me on unnecessary parts (being a woman, I’ve had that happen at other car shops). Very friendly and honest and great pricing!

Customers be careful They are not honest people. Went there for diagnostic and they gave me fake story I did not allow them to proceed I took my car somewhere else
