Very informative and helpful. Did work as requested and made suggestions of items to consider in the future. Did not push to have the future work completed. Made suggestion to help save me money. Make an appointment, they are a busy company.

I wish to retract my negative comment regarding an overcharge. The Store Manager called and advised the error has been corrected and a credit has been issued to my account. The charge was made by a new employee that did not know how to issue a credit. The Store Manager was very nice and understanding. I will continue to use Service Street for all my oil changes.

I have a great experience every time I go here. Whenever they find something during a routine check they bring you out to the vehicle to show you exactly what they see. This is honesty at it's finest. They are always cooperative, friendly and respectful. They have earned my ongoing business. Top notch in my book.

We had a major problem after an oil change. We appreciate them assuming responsibility and taking care of the problem. The fix took several weeks to complete. The only criticism I would have is that they weren't very good with communicating the status of the repair. I had to call them every time except once to find out what was happening.
