Every time I visit Service Street, my expectations are always exceeded, both with customer service and quality of work!!! You've got a customer for life!

Went for oil change yesterday. Felt like I walked into middle school. Very unprofessional staff, having unprofessional conversation. As I walk up and give my info, the "gm" makes fun of my name to my face. I guess some people are stuck at a certain age. Then he also wouldn't honor my coupon for oil change that I used previously. I asked if he could check what I paid last time. He said "~$30, but they undercharged you, it'll be $63 today". Fine. I don't have time to go elsewhere. Couple hours later I pick up my car. Different guy. States that since my car takes 8 quarts and needed special filter that the price is $140. Really? For 3 quarts oil and premium filter? I told him that had he asked for my authorization I wouldn't have given it to him, as is their policy on their website. Finally after back and forth he agrees to honor the original price. Gee, thanks...I start driving and my car beeps at me that my hood is open. I go to close it and find oily rag inside. I don't know how you can fail on so many levels. Avoid at all costs. If the "gm" is the leader of this place, I guess it makes sense.

BE AWARE!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!! SCAMMERS!! Took my car for a simple oil change and break/rotors replacement that I provided for the mechanic. This •simple• procedure took 3 days to complete. They took the car apart, the incompetent mechanic did not know how to replace breaks and rotors, then I was told my car is unsafe to drive and that a "more" experienced mechanic needed to take a look at my car when he comes in on Monday! They waited until closing time to tell me all of this. I was left without a car from Saturday 1pm until Monday night 6:30pm. A worker took me home with their "work" shuttle on Saturday. They didn't care about the fact that I don't have a car to get to work on Monday.Three days later (Monday) evening when I picked up my car I was told they changed additional parts without my authorization and charged me for parts and labor I DID NOT APPROVE. They held my keys and would not give me the car until I paid. When I asked to get a number to their corporate office they refused to give me the number. One “district” manager said all complaint emails are filtered through channels and all emails go through him first which means he picks and chooses what email corporate sees. UNACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! •ripp off •unprofessional •scammers •worthless •dishonest •incompetent mechanics and managers •liers •uneducated •thiefs •one-sided

Friendly staff, nice clean waiting room. They really go out of their way to save you money. What was supposed to be a $1600 visit ended up only being $600! Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are fantastic I was having a problem with sensors and gauges not working together and they took the time to trek down every problem and fixed it. They also will always keep you informed about what is going on with your car. If you need a ride home our work they are there for you I will be using them again and I recommend them to everyone

Every time I get tires from Discount Tires I walk over to get my car aligned. It’s a no brainer to protect your new tires. Very professional shop that provides excellent customer service together with very reasonable prices. If I could give zero stars I would. We were loyal Service Street customers until we weren't .Service street performed a routine oil change on my car. I went home over the holiday weekend and parked on my driveway. As i drove away 2 days later i noticed a spot on my driveway - figured it was coolant and thought nothing of it. Later that night i parked in the garage. The next morning i woke up to an overwhelming smell of oil. My car was leaking oil. It leaked all over my garage and all over my driveway (and dripped all down my driveway). After reaching out to them they realized some cap was loose and my car was leaking oil. They corrected the error on my car right away but that didn't fix the problem of my driveway. They attempted to clean the driveway manually and also with a company, neither of which were able to remove the oil stain. When i told them i was still un-happy with not only the stain on our driveway but also now the weird "striping affect" the cleaning crew had left on our driveway she pretty much said "welp we've done all we can do". They ruined our driveway and tried to dodge out of the responsibility to fix it. I will not go here again and you better be careful on your next "routine oil check"
