I went in for an alignment and there weresome issues with our old van that made it impossible to do it. He took my wife and I out to the car and showed us the problem and took time to explain in detail why we had the problem. I appreciate his honesty, and no charge for the time they spent in diagnosing the problem. They now have a new loyal customer.

My first visit here was a great experience. They got me in right away, were very friendly and professional, and I felt great about the work done on my Tahoe. Their shuttle service is a bonus, too!

Took my car in to get checked out for some engine problems in my Focus(turned out to be a faulty ignition coil) which they fixed, but they broke my Neutral Safety Switch in the process which I had replaced at a dealership not even a month beforehand. Not just broke, though, completely destroyed. Edit: They then call me in reponse to this review to justify themselves. So while I'm editing I'll add that had lost my key after they completed the work. Took them over 30 minutes to find it. They charged me $400 for a $50-60 part. Don't go here unless you want to be swindled and frustrated.

Clean waiting area with hot beverages, clean restrooms, WIFI, and cable to view while waiting! The techs greet you with a smile and explain the work being done and any work your car may need in the future.

Oil change completed as described in allotted time. Very helpful estimates provided on future maintenance needs.

These guys are super helpful and friendly, they don't try to sell you anything you don't absolutely need and they make sure everything gets done right. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for work on my car because they get it right the first time.
