They were efficient, professional and did a great job. I liked that they were very straight forward and didn't try to get more money out of me by offering services that my car didn't need.

Super clean location, efficient and friendly staff who were each up front and willing to help me save money through coupons and finding both recalls and technical service warnings that I could take to my dealer to get items fixed so I didn't have to pay out of pocket here. I thought that was honestly incredible. Then, when they did fix the one thing I had to have done at Service Street, with parts and labor it was less than $150 and I was floored, wow! Thank you!

Apparently unskilled techs. I do my own repair unless it requires specialized equipment. Tried out this new place to gauge how good they were and if the shop was honest. Wanted to charge me over $1000.00 to fix my AC. I knew this to be ridiculous so I took it back to a shop I trusted. Turned out to just be a relay and cost $175.00. Sorry guys. A clean waiting room and old guy at the counter with lots of anecdotes isn't what I gauge service off of.

Only go here if you enjoy finding broken parts on your vehicle. Only had the oil changed, and the next day, noticed the hood latch lever was broke off inside the vehicle. Took it back, and the counter worker said he'll have to talk to the tech monday. I call bs. If the latch is broke, how did they put oil in the vehicle? Update: took this place 2 tries to fix my vehicle. Took over a week and a half to get this resolved. The managers boss was there, snatched the keys out of my hand very hatefully and took a hateful tone with me. Terrible place to go.
