Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for brakes, I dropped off my car and I had to call 10min before they closed to see the status. I was told the technician had an emergency and had to leave, but my car was up first for the next morning. I was hung up on twice while trying to talk to them about this. I am a mom that works full time. I need my car. There was no way I could leave it overnight. The man on the phone was rude and said "well I guess I will wait till you get here to pick up your car". I told him to just lock my keys in my car. He put them right on the seat. If someone had walked by, they could have broke a window and drove off in my car. My husband had a bad experience with them about 3 weeks ago as well. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance, but never again!
