I am sorry guys. But I was wrong that these guys are good. So I asked them to put my tires at 35 psi and after I left, my tire pressure computer showed me 65 psi in each tire, plus I had a gauge, I checked it, and it was really 65, so if it was a lady or a guy who doesn't care, the tires would be probably had to be replaced. The guys in the front desk don't really care about you saving money and wanted to charge me a ton of money. ALSO WHEN I DID MY OIL CHANGE THEY CHARGE ME almost 90 dollars and put cheapest oil filter and dirty oil, plus it was overfilled. And they trying to buy you by offering a coupons :) JOKE SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND NERVES. Don't come here for car repair.

Excellent communication by staff. Brought my car in for two service items and was told I didn't need to do them at this time! I will certainly go back when it is time!

i had an estimate from another shop and they told me something totally different from what was really wrong with my 2005 GMC Sierra! Service Street diagnosed my truck and were very honest and professional! I will be back! Honesty is everything to me! Thx

It was a very unprofessional experience. Booked time a couple of days prior to change tires, closed at work earlier to get there on time when the guy at reception told me they can't change tires as they are quite busy. On my question what was the point me making an appointment then answered that I should keep in mind that they deal with "walk in" business and there are few others ahead of me, unless I want his team to stay till 8pm (so I felt that moral pressure...) he can take the job, but still doesnt gurantee it will be ready till next day which was forecasted to be snowy. I was ok paying a bit extra to support local guys, but didnt feel this service trusted any longer after such attitude.

The staff at Service Street is always friendly and the service is so quick!

Great Service

Friendly staff and fast service. Reason for 3 stars is that the service manual instructs to use 0w20 oil and they used 5w30.
