Service was great and fast.

The service was great, all the technicians seemed very knowledgeable.Dust in was the person who greeted me and assigned a tech to do my oil change. I can not remember the name of the tech, how ever he polite and quick getting the job done. We be using service street for all our mechanical needs.

I always cringe having to take my LR for anything small to the dealership.. I got the flyer and went over to Service street for broken taillights and I didn't even have to enter their building that someone came to meet me asking how they could help! I waited literally five minutes, it was done and they didn't charge me!!! Such great customer service I will try them out with an actual full service although I never go to anyone but Land Rover.

Super friendly, thorough and efficient. They made a big problem become no big deal.

TJ & his crew are very helpful. Changed out my tires and did some brake/caliper work on my RX350 and I am very satisfied with their service.

I've been going to the service street in Thornton for more then 2 years. We've moved and went to the Service Street in the Southlands. Overall, had a very good experience. Had $500 dollars of work done to my truck and ended up having to pay $38 dollars in "fees" which was upsetting and surprising as Service Street usually does not charge like that (the big auto repair shops such as dealerships charge those "shop supply fees"). One of the employees, TJ, later caught that this happened and explained the problem resulting from their new system (brand new shop). TJ gave me two free oil change cards and apologized for the charge! Was a very welcomed surprise. I will be going back and would definitely recommend this place for auto repair/service.

Such a terrible company! Don't ever take your car here! They completely rob you by trying to sell you parts and things you do not need for your car. When they order the parts they order the cheapest things possible from oriellys down the street. They treat their employees like dogs, anything from favorites to purposely not giving them work out of spite. It's a waste of time and money just stepping in the door. It really says something about the company when one of their managers has never even touched a car. Not a good business at all. Avoid at all costs.
