I was treated absolutely great my first time in the store! They were understanding and helpful. They even took down my husbands number to call him if they had any issues so that I wouldn't have to deal with it! I am certainly going to go back for all car related issues!

I am so pleased with the service I received at Service Street. They addressed the issue my car was having and had my car back to me the same day. They didn't charge me for unnecessary service, which has happened to me at a few different places in Parker. I'll be back next time my car needs any kind of check up or service. Thanks again!

There was a rough patch there for awhile and I appreciate the management taking care of business and making personnel changes. Great experience on last visit.

I found this just by chance when searching for auto repair in my neighborhood and am extremely pleased. Just down the street and great service!

Will never be back, COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. First service was great, replaced a serpentine belt in an emergency. Next time brought had the brakes pads checked. They said my brake pads still had plenty of pad left, but my rotors were shot. I had them replace them, because they showed me how rusty they were. Found out later, unless the pads are completely warn down and digging into the rotors they don't need to be replaced. Also had issues with the brakes locking up afterwards - they over adjusted them too tight. Luckily this issue went away.

This rating doesn't deserve 1 star. I had a 50$ quote to compress two springs on bilstien struts on 3/5/16. Service done late Saturday evening. Brought the parts in with factory mounted strut. The struts were mounted with the spring seats flipped upside down (aside from factory mounted spring seat assembly) causing the struts to be pinned 4" higher. I only found this out after taking vehicle to a reputable shop (4 wheel parts) for an alignment. The c-clips and groove the spring seats sat on were completely destroyed, luckily didn't fail in route for alignment causing the springs to collapse and cause more damage. Not only am I out the 50$ for install, I'm out an additional $200 for new struts. Customer beware, I highly discourage service here. Management was nice and helpful, but quality obviously was sub par at best.

Excellent service and always done with a smile. They have done quite a bit of work as "complimentary," which is above and beyond the scope of a business trying to be profitable while charging reasonable prices. The general manager, Adrian Mathews, is a particularly good "front" man for greeting customers and giving auto repair estimates. I would recommend Service Street to any and all of my friends.

Dropped the vehicle off expecting next day service and it was ready within about one hour. Service was great, guys were respectful and appreciated the repeat services for a couple of the vehicles. Great group of guys to work with and I feel that their service to your vehicles are above standard.

Worst shop I've ever dealt with. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are extremely over priced and tried to rip me off because I had a bad sensor on my water pump they told me the actual part had to be replaced and it would be $361.47, $179.48 for labor and $181.99 for just the part. Which I later found out they were gonna get from car quest or autozone for $30 and it only cost me $50.99 with no platinum customer discount (like they have) at autozone to buy it, so I bought it and took it to a different shop to get it replaced where I was told it was only a sensor, the water pump is fine. Then I came back to service street to have them fix my exhaust manifold. They put the car up on a lift and did a quote for $295.95 again a rip off but I just wanted to get it done so I said go ahead and do it... After 30 minutes they came and got me and told me it would now be $470.40 that they missed another cracked bolt on the estimate... Now keep in mind parker automotive down the road said $225-325 for the exact same work. So I said never mind I'm just gonna go somewhere else. Then they said ok well it will be $57 for what we had to do on it. They didn't replace one thing just took the heat shield off which I said leave off cause I'm only taking it right down the road. Then I asked "so your charging me for the 30 minutes it took you to remove a part so you could give me a proper quote and raise the price by $120 once you were already into the work on the truck?" They said " sorry sir we don't work for free" Needless to say I will never return for work to be done on any of my cars ever again! Plus will never tell someone to come here to get work done on a car!!

This was my first time at Service Street and I was very impressed with the service I received as well as the attention given to me regarding my vehicle. One thing that I liked a lot is the advertised "Oil Change" price was what I was charged. Not like some other oil change places where they advertise XXX amount but when all is said and done it costs a whole lot more.
