Great service on this visit. Answered all my questions (and I had many), fast completion and exceeded my expectations.

I want to start this review by saying that I typically HATE auto repair shops but I am rating Service Street in Parker with a 5. The men that I worked with were honest, understanding, and very personable. I had some issues with a Check Engine light malfunction and they were quick to diagnose, and fix the problem. Their customer service skills were amazing--they even remembered what plans I had that night. I WILL be coming back. PLUS they have coupons! Who doesn't love saving money?!

I was charged over $22 for an air filter to a Sebring. My spouse who's deployed in Afghanistan usually services our vehicles. In his absence I came here for an oil change and air filter. Much to his and my disappointment we were clearly overcharged. This is No way to treat soldiers and their families by gouging them,nor anyone for that matter.. We will never give our business to this company again.
