Your personal were very friendly and courteous. They completed the job quickly and identified serveral other items which need to be fixed in the future. I appreciated this and will consider bringing my car back to have these additional items fixed in the near future.

I booked a time for the oil change and when I arrived they got me right in. They indicated it would be 30 - 40 minutes and it ended up taking 20. "Under-commit and Over-deliver" is excellent customer service! Thank You!

Part of the issue was missed on the first pass, thus the problem still persisted. Lost the use of the vehicle for an extra couple days. However, SS covered their miss and held firm to their original quote - - eating the extra costs in the process. That was very much appreciated. The work was done well and the problem solved.
