As usual, the service was performed quickly. We called the same day and they were able to get our oil change done. Chris was great at the front desk and treated me and my wife very professionally.

This place is very professional, mechanics are very knowledgeable, shop is clean and the work is done quickly. I think their a little expensive but a good shop has always been hard to find, this was my first time there and so far everything is good. I especially like the 3 year 36k warranty, {1 year on everything, pro-rated after that}. I would have given them five stars if it would have been a little cheaper.

Made an appointment to get my car serviced Sun. AM, & needed a lift to church while they did the work on my car. They gave me a ride, had the car serviced while I was at church, and were done right when I was done, & offered to come pick me up! I was able to hitch a ride back to Service Street from someone at church, but they were amazed to hear about the wonderful service at this site. I told them that the guys at Service Street always take such good care of me and my vehicles (2)!!! Thanks once again!

DO NOT use this shop. They are completely dishonest.. I was quoted one price for a part and simple repair. Then after I refused the other $900 worth of maintenance that they wanted to sell me, the price for the part suddenly went up from $45 to $265. I found the same OEM part on line and called several dealerships. Even the dealership price for the part was $78. I would have given them more business if they had charged a fair price but I'll never use them again.

I personally was not there, as my daughter brought the vehicle in for oil change and lube, tire rotation. You found that the cooling system needed to be flushed, so after getting approval from me, that was taken care of in an expedient manner! Thanks for taking good care of us and our vehicles!!

Back hatch door wouldn't open. Techs took inside door panel off and told me that latch mechanism was corroded and I would need new one (which I later found out is common problem for Suzuki XL7 models).
