I happened to get a flat tire after dropping my daughter off at school. I was near a gas station so pulled in to assess the damage. As I got out of my car I looked straight ahead and noticed the Service Street employee yelling across the parking lot asking if I had gotten a flat. He came over immediately to help and was not able to pump the tire back up so he drove my car carefully over to the Service Street and proceeded to put on my fairly ill equipped donut all the while making sure that I felt at ease with what he was doing. Not only was this gentleman helpful, professional, and kind but the guys in the office were as well. After the work they did and the above and beyond service they provided, they charged me nothing!!!! I will definitely return when my car needs service. The sad thing is that I never even got this gentlemen's name. I hope he sees this email so he understands my appreciation!
